    • Now the QuickBooks user account can be created, with administrator privilege, and they can have a common password.
    • Check the options mentioned below in the Trigger Tab.
      • Set Duration to Indefinitely.
      • Users to Any user.
      • The task should repeat every 5 minutes.
      • Set the Check option as Enabled.
      • Remember to begin your work at log-on.
    • Check the options mentioned below in the General Tab.
      • Set the option to run with the highest privilege.
      • Look for the option with visible or hidden, and set it to hidden.
      • Check whether the user is log-in or not.
